3. Who we share your data with

  • We do not sell or pass on data to third parties.
  • Technology providers acting as data processors (website hosting and security, email, client management, e-signature, invoicing and an artificial intelligence service that helps us sort requests, with no automated decisions), under an Article 28 GDPR agreement. You can ask us for the up-to-date list at hola@balisk.com.
  • Analytics: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Clarity), as processors and only if you accept their cookies; Cloudflare, Inc. for the cookieless statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We run Google Analytics without advertising or Google signals.
  • Legal obligations: tax authorities, banks, courts and authorities, when the law requires it.

4. International transfers

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses. Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare may process data in the United States: those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023), to which their parent companies have signed up, and on standard contractual clauses. You can ask for a copy of the safeguards at hola@balisk.com.

5. Your rights

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection (including to business outreach, at any time and without giving reasons), restriction and portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it: for cookies, with «Cookie settings» in the footer of every page; for commercial communications, by replying «BAJA» (unsubscribe) to any of them or by writing to us. Write to hola@balisk.com or by post to Carrer Nord, 24, 2n, 17600 Figueres (Girona).

We reply within one month at most; in complex cases this may be extended by two months, and we will tell you if so. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority of your country.

6. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, such as access control with email verification and least privilege, encryption in transit, backups and access logs.

7. When we process data on behalf of our clients

If a client gives us access to systems holding personal data, we act as a data processor under the agreement we sign with them. The client is then the controller, and rights are exercised with them.

8. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version with its date. To exercise your rights or ask about your data: hola@balisk.com or the contact form.
