This website only uses analytics and heatmap cookies if you accept them in the cookie notice. Without your permission none are set: only the technical ones that make the site work. If you do not see the notice, we use no cookie that needs it.

1. What cookies are
They are small files, or similar techniques, that a website stores on or reads from your device. Some are needed for the site to work. Others measure use and need your prior consent (Article 22.2 of the LSSI).

The language is in the page address (/es/, /ca/, /en/, /fr/) and the light or dark theme follows your system setting: neither stores anything on your device.

They only load if you accept them: before your choice we request nothing from Google or Microsoft. We run Google Analytics without advertising, without Google signals and without sharing data for ads. Clarity recordings hide form fields. The Microsoft durations are the ones Microsoft publishes for Clarity.
4. Cookieless statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It only gives us aggregated data on visits, pages and referrers, and Cloudflare acts as a processor.
5. How to accept, reject or withdraw your consent
- The notice offers «Accept», «Reject» and «Settings» at the same level. In «Settings» you choose by category, with no boxes ticked in advance.
- You can change your mind at any time with «Cookie settings» in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: when you do, we delete the analytics cookies of our domain.
- We keep a record of your choice for 24 months: a random code, the choice per category, the version of this policy, the language and the date. We do not keep your IP.
- We ask again after 12 months or if this policy changes.
6. Client portal
The client portal (clientes.balisk.com) only uses technical and preference cookies that you ask for by using it. It uses no analytics cookies.

7. Third-party content
If we embed a calendar, a video or a map from a third party, it will only load when you click to load it. From then on, the third party may set its own cookies under its own policy.
8. Managing cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the technical ones, some forms may not work.
