This legal notice identifies the owner of balisk.com and explains the scope of the site’s content, as required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI). In this text, «Balisk» and «we» refer to the owner.

2. What this site is
Balisk provides search and AI assistant optimisation services (GEO and SEO) to businesses: we diagnose how AI tools present them, apply the changes and keep them up to date. This site presents our services, publishes guides and offers a free technical checker. Using it means accepting this notice. Contracts are governed by the terms of service, which you can read, download and print before signing.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, graphics, videos, code and other content of this site belong to Balisk or are used under licence. You may quote them by citing the source and linking to the page.
Third-party trademarks. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Gemini and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Copilot and Bing are trademarks of Microsoft. Perplexity is a trademark of Perplexity AI. Other platform names are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to identify the services our work refers to. Balisk has no affiliation, partnership or certification from those companies.
4. Liability for the content
- The content is informative and dated. AI platforms change often: what we describe may no longer apply after that date.
- No Balisk service or content guarantees rankings, mentions or traffic in search engines or AI assistants. Nobody can guarantee them, because they are third-party services.
- The results of the free checker are automatic, based on what the analysed website returns at that moment, and do not replace the full diagnosis.
- Figures from third-party studies are quoted with their source linked; their content is the responsibility of their authors.
- Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we do not control their content.
